Maintenance work which includes electrical, plumbing, painting, handy man repairs, that is non urgent, you will be notified in advance of costs for approval. A maintenance statement and history will be recorded and submitted to the clients so that any repeat problems won’t occur and provide maintenance options cost effective.We provide full transparency in the form of move-in/move-out inspections, statement of accounts and detailed reporting. We offer management options for single units, multiple units, entire buildings in both the residential and commercial sectors.
A signed management contract will enable 6SQFT Real Estate Management and supervision services to act on clients behalf for any additional services they may need assistance with for the up keep, maintenance and management of their property.
